Rosalind De Sailly

Managing Director, De Sailly Search

For ten years, De Sailly Search has been dedicated to helping institutions find the right people who can transform education, and futures. Originally based in Australia, the firm now has an office in Jakarta and is expanding regionally.

Before founding her eponymous firm, Rosalind held positions at The University of Sydney, UTS and WSU. She is adjunct faculty at AGSM and teaches strategy to executives in Australia’s top online MBA. She understands how universities differentiate strategically, and how to match talent to strategy.

She spent ten years helping universities plan and realise improvements in teaching and learning and education innovation, at three global EdTech companies. She was General Manager of an Asian dotcom start-up with 10 global university partners.

While most of her career has been in higher education, Rosalind spent three years at the world’s leading conservation organisation, developing corporate partnerships to deliver marketing and sustainability objectives.
